Formerly a bank, the renovated interior space maintains the original volume of the previous occupant and layers in the new retail program. Consisting of display windows, large fitting rooms, lounge area and coffee/tea bar, the design maintains its connection to the street with the reinterpretation of existing large glazed openings , which serve as mannequin displays and retail merchandising opportunities.
The urbanity of the street is read as a layer within the interior through the large glazed moments animating both the interior retail environment and the streetscape.
