DoubleMint House is a two storey rear addition and renovation to an existing three story semi detached home in Toronto. The project also includes a fully renovated basement as well as walkout roof top deck.
The project is currently under construction and is expected to be completed in the fall of 2022.
The project features a thick guard which simultaneously creates a double height volume in the bedrooms below, provides privacy to adjacent neighbours and to the uers, and creates an opportunity for a green roof.
